We had a discussion with Chief Human Resource on 4th February 2009. Matters discussed were as follows :-
1. The Management staffs bonuses will be credited on 5 February 2009.
2. 2009 salary increment will be credited on 22 February 2009.
3. Salary adjustment in March 2009. Please take note that only approximately 20%Management staffs ranking from Executive to VP6 will get the salary adjustment. The new salary range for Management staffs are as follows :-
a) Executive - Min RM2,300 - Max RM3,900
b) AVP2 - Min RM2,900 - Max RM5,300
c) AVP3 - Min RM3,600 - Max RM6,600
For your information, Human Resource unable to disclosed the basis of adjustment.
4. Massive promotion exercise in March 2009.
5. The Bank counter proposal will be forwarded to ABBOA latest by end of February 2009. Thereafter, we will proceed with negotiation.
